First of all life groups. The life groups are a vital area of the church. It’s an opportunity for people experience Christian life together. A chance to grow spiritually to develop friendships and to build a support network around your life so you can have genuine friends who will be there for you. As pastors we would encourage you to get involved with a life group. You will develop in life love and ministry as you gather week by week in a relaxed setting with people who will stand with you in life and see you reach your full potential.
Secondly the pastoral team. Thank God for pastors they are God’s gift to the church. Men and women who give there all to care for God’s people. Pastor Debbie and I are so encouraged to have an awesome team around us who love people. These wonderful pastors are men and women of love and compassion who are able to love people just the way they are, and that includes you. Your not going to be judged or condemned when you come to them for help, instead you will receive Godly help advice and guidance directed by the Holy Spirit and based on the Word of God.
The Bible says in James chapter five verse fourteen and fifteen
(14) Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord:
(15) And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.
God’s way is for you to contact the elders of the church, that’s your pastor’s and life group leaders and for them to minister into your life. Don’t waste time getting stressed and discouraged. Don’t get deceived into staying away from church. Live your life God’s way and you will be amazed how the Lord will strengthen you.
Church leaders aren’t perfect people but they are anointed people. God has set out His plan for successful church life and if we follow it we will see greater blessing in our lives than ever before. At Victory Gospel Church you are so blessed to have a whole team of Pastors who stand with pastor Debbie and I to minister to you. Each one is unique with different giftings and abilities from different backgrounds and cutlers all of which means there is someone who can care for you.

Pastors Jim and Wendy Drake have served the church for many years they have a heart to nurture and care for people. They are both gifted in the realm of teaching and also personal ministry through there home visits program.
Pastors Richard and Tina Boulton are simply sold out for God. There passion for the presence of God is inspiring. They have travelled the world bringing a message of the Glory of the Lord. They are called to minister healing to all who are hurting in spirit, soul and body. As well as being deeply involved in the life of Victory Gospel Church, they head up there own powerful ministry part of which is the Healing Rooms Southampton.
Pastor Toni Bannister has bean a great strength to Victory Gospel Church and it’s leaders for many years. She is a woman of integrity and great gifting. Her life is one of commitment to God and to humanity. She has a calling to the nations both to go and to send ensuring that Victory has a vision beyond our city unto the uttermost parts of the world.
